What is the best time to visit Mount Bromo?
The best time to visit is during the dry season, from April to October. The weather is generally clearer, offering the best chance to witness the spectacular golden sunrise without fog.
How cold is it at Mount Bromo? What should I wear?
Temperatures can drop to 5-10°C (41-50°F) before sunrise, and it can be quite windy. We highly recommend wearing a thick jacket, gloves, a beanie, long pants, and comfortable trekking shoes.
Do I need to be physically fit to hike Mount Bromo?
The hike is relatively easy and suitable for beginners and families. A 4WD Jeep will take you to the main viewpoints. To reach the crater rim, you only need to walk across the sandy area (or rent a horse) and climb about 250 concrete steps.
Are entrance tickets included in the tour package?
